Biography

2024-25: Made 37 appearances and 25 starts for the Ramblers... third on the team in scoring with 11.6 points per game on 40.6 percent from the field and 37.6 percent from three-point range... averaged 3.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 0.7 steals per game... ranked 15th in the A-10 in three-point percentage (.376) and third in three-pointers per game (2.9)... broke the single-season three-pointers made record with his 86th make of the year vs. Davidson (March 6)... drained his 100th three of the year at San Jose State (March 19)... 25 double-figure scoring performances, including five 20-point outings... scored a season-high 22 vs. Canisius (Dec. 18) and vs. Davidson (March 5)... completed a double-double vs. Davidson (March 5) with a season-best 10 boards... had a seven-game double-figure scoring streak at the start of February, which saw a 21-point performance at Richmond (Feb. 11)... made seven threes at Richmond (Feb. 11) and vs. Davidson (March 5) to tie sixth on the program's single-game top-10... tallied season-highs in assists (7) and steals (3) vs. Fordham (Jan. 22).

2022-23: Played in 22 games this season and started the final two contests … Scored in double figures in four of the final five games, including a career-high 25 points in the regular season finale at La Salle (March 4) … Against the Explorers, Edwards was 9-of-14 from the field, and 3-of-6 from long range, while adding  three assists and three steals … Scored 16 points against Rhode Island (March 1), 11 against Fordham (Feb 22) and 10 against Saint Joseph’s (March 7) in the opening round of the A-10 tournament … Started the season on a high note, scoring 19 points, including the buzzer-beater to force overtime, against Fairleigh Dickinson (Nov. 7) … Finished the game against FDU with five rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals.

2021-22 (at Valparaiso): Named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Bench Team and Most Improved Team after producing 11.4 points and 4.2 rebounds per game … Led Valparaiso in steals (36), blocked shots (26) and tied for the team lead with 67 three-point field goals … Played in 32 games, drawing 10 starts, and shot 35.8 percent (67-for-187) from three-point distance and 77.9 percent (53-for-68) from the foul line … Scored in double figures on 20 occasions, including three performances of 20 or more points, two of which came against Loyola … Reached double-figure points in eight of the final 10 games of the season after opening the year with a seven-game, double-digit streak … Tied for ninth in The Valley with 2.1 three-point field goals made per game … Improved his numbers in nearly every statistical category from his freshman campaign … Finished the regular season as one of three MVC players with 30 or more steals and 20 or more blocked shots … Closed out the regular season as one of seven players nationally with 25 blocks, 30 steals, 35 assists and 60 three-pointers … Named to the Nassau Championship All-Tournament Team after registering 16.0 ppg over three games, including a 23-point performance against Tulane (Nov. 24) … Hit a three-pointer in 14 of Valpo’s first 15 outings … Scored 20 points and snatched seven rebounds at Loyola (Jan. 11) … Scored in double figures in six consecutive outings, February 5 through 21 … Victimized Loyola (Feb. 16) for a season-high-tying 23 points, hitting five triples … Followed up that effort with back-to-back double-doubles, going for 11 points and 11 boards at Evansville (Feb. 19) and 13 points and a season-high 12 rebounds versus the Purple Aces (Feb. 21) … Recorded his third double-double of the season in the quarterfinals of the MVC Championship, tallying 10 points and 10 boards versus Missouri State (March 4) … Opened Arch Madness action with 18 points, seven boards and four dimes against Evansville (March 3).
 
2020-21 (at Valparaiso): Selected to the MVC All-Freshman Team and contributed 8.1 ppg and 2.9 rpg … Saw action in 27 contests and earned 12 starts, while knocking down a team-high 36 three-point field goals … Scored in double figures on nine occasions and scored 20 points twice … Became the seventh Valpo freshman in the last 20 years to start a season opener when he earned the nod at Vanderbilt (Nov. 27) … Reached double digits for the first time in his career when he dropped in 10 points versus Judson (Dec. 6) … Followed that with a 20-point, eight-rebound effort against SIU Edwardsville (Dec. 9) … Put up 10 points and five boards versus Missouri State (Jan. 10) … Tallied 18 points against Bradley (Jan. 28) … Posted double-digit points in three consecutive outings, February 6 through 10 … Came off the bench to hang 20 points on Drake (Feb. 6) and then came back the next day and pitched in 11 points, five rebounds, two assists, a block and three steals versus the Bulldogs (Feb. 7) … Closed out that double-figure stretch with 10 points, five caroms and three thefts against Bradley (Feb. 10) … Averaged 10.5 ppg and 7.0 rpg over the final two outings of the season … Collected 17 points and a season-best eight rebounds versus Missouri State (March 5) at the MVC Championship.
 
High School: Averaged 21.2 ppg and 7.6 rpg as a senior at Palm Beach Lakes High School in 2018-19 … Spent a postgraduate year at TLAP Sports Academy in 2019-20 and put up 32.0 ppg and 5.0 rpg, topping the 40-point mark on a pair of occasions … Earned first team all-state honors as a senior in 2018-19 and was the All-State Game MVP.
