CHICAGO – Loyola Chicago fell to No. 18 Saint Louis Friday night, 86-59.
Justin Moore led the Ramblers with 12 points, while
Daniil Glazkov scored a career-high 11 points.
Loyola falls to 6-20 overall and 2-11 in A-10 play.
How It Happened
The Ramblers got on the board first thanks to a three-pointer from
Justin Moore on the team's first possession. He would tally the first five points for Loyola.
Miles Rubin had a put-back layup over three defenders to get the Ramblers within one by the 14:40 mark, 10-9.
The Billikens stayed ahead by four near the midway point before taking their first double-digit lead by the 6:54 media timeout. Over the next five minutes, Loyola went on a 15-7 run to get within two after

Justin Moore combined for five threes with Moore's to cut it to 31-29. The Ramblers missed their previous 12 from deep. Saint Louis scored the final eight points of the half to lead at the break, 39-29.
The Billikens hit a three to open the second half, but the Ramblers cut the lead down to seven in the opening three minutes. Saint Louis quickly built their lead back up to double-digits and kept it there after Ishan Sharma's bucket at the 15:39 mark. Their largest lead of the night came on a 14-2 run with a three to cap the stretch for a 31-point edge. Billikens went on to win, 86-59.
