CHICAGO – Loyola women's golf continues fall play at the Redbird Invitational Sept. 7-8 in Normal, Illinois. Two rounds will be played Sunday and one Monday. Both days will be an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
The 16-team field will play at the par-72, 6,093-yard Weibring Golf Course. Joining Loyola are Bowling Green, Butler, Dayton, Drake, Eastern Kentucky, Evansville, Illinois State, Illinois Wesleyan, Indiana State, IU Indianapolis, Northern Illinois, Northern Iowa, South Dakota, South Dakota State, and Valparaiso.
The Rambler lineup features
Cassie Psuik,
Teagan Connors,
Madison Haugen,
Grace Hui, and
Grace Durkin.
Maureen O'Leary will make the trip as an individual.
Loyola opened the season last week at the Ga-A-Ming Invitational with a sixth-place finish. The Ramblers were paced by Psuik who took 10
th, finishing just five-over-par.
Reese Kite and Connors both made their Maroon & Gold debut in the lineup. Kite posted a score of 232 (81-74-77), while Connors scored 233 (76-78-79).
