Ramblers, Spiders Tipoff Tuesday at Gentile

Both teams are undefeated in A10 play

CHICAGO - The Ramblers and Spiders each take a four-game win streak into Tuesday night's 7 p.m. tipoff inside Gentile Arena. Both teams look to stay perfect in the Atlantic 10 standings. The Ramblers have won their last seven at home and sit at 8-1 overall this season in Gentile.

Tuesday's game can watched on NBC Sports Chicago with Jordan Bernfield (PXP) and Chris Sparks (Analyst) or be listened to on the Rambler Sports Network with Scott Sudikoff (PXP) and Christian Thomas (Analyst).

Quick Hits
• The Ramblers improved to 2-0 in A10 play last weekend with a win over Duquesne. It also marked their fourth straight win and seventh consecutive win at Gentile Arena.
• Loyola was led by senior forward Philip Alston against the Dukes. He dropped 17 points on 7-of-12 from the field. He also grabbed five boards.
• Des Watson and Dame Adelekun added 15 points each. Its the third straight game Watson has tallied 10 points or more, and second consecutive for Adelekun.
• Watson is averaging 19.5 points per game in A10 play, which includes a 24-point career-high performance at Saint Louis. Watson's ppg average sits sixth on the A10 only leaderboards.
• Against SLU, Watson also tied his career-high six rebounds and set a new personal best four steals.
• Overall, Adelekun still remains one of the most efficient A10 players from the field. He's shooting 61.3 percent, which is third best in the league. 
• From the arc, Loyola is averaging 8.5 three-pointers made per game to tie fifth. Jayden Dawson and Watson fall in the leagues top-15 in three-point percentage. The pair of Ramblers are tied 12th each shooting 43.1 percent.
• Loyola is on a 10-game streak with at least 15 assists, which includes a season-high 33 against Goshen. In the month of December, the Ramblers averaged 21.0 apg.
• For the season, Loyola is averaging 17.6 assists per game. It ranks 22nd in the nation. Braden Norris is averaging 5.3 assists per game, ranking 34th in the NCAA, while his 80 total assists sits 32nd in the country. 
• Head coach Drew Valentine is in his third season at the helm. He holds a 45-34 overall career record.

Scouting Richmond
The Spiders enter Tuesday's meeting at 9-5 overall. They won their only A10 contest so far with a 65-54 victory over St. Bonaventure. Richmond has yet to win on the road this year, but holds its opponents to 39.2 percent from the field, ranking 34th in the NCAA. The Spiders also commit the fewest turnovers per game in the country (8.2). 

Jordan King leads the Spiders averaging 17.8 points per game. He's shooting north of 46 percent from the field and 37 percent from three-point range. King has tallied at least 10 points in 13 games this year, highlighted by a season-best 34 points in the opener vs. VMI. He went 11-of-18 from the field, including six from deep.  

In his 22nd season at the helm of Richmond's program, Chris Mooney holds a 334-263 record.

Series History
Richmond leads the all-time series, 2-1. The Spiders outlasted the Ramblers last season, 74-71. Five Ramblers scored double-figures and were led by Ben Schwieger with 17.
