CHICAGO – Loyola Chicago played to its second straight draw in Atlantic 10 play Thursday night against Saint Joseph's. The Ramblers led 15-5 on shots, but the match was deadlocked 0-0 as time expired.
With the tie, Loyola sits at 4-5-1 overall, 0-1-2 in the A10.
"It was a disappointing result at home," said head coach
Barry Bimbi. "At the end of the day, it looks good with 15 shots, but we made the goalkeeper get one save tonight. That's just not dangerous enough in the box. We have to be more unselfish in the final third and score team goals."
How It Happened

Madeleine Barone would take a crack at it finishing wide of the goal. Three more Ramblers tallied a shot before the Maddie Anderson made the first attempt for the Hawks with just over six to play. The match remained scoreless at the break.
Eight minutes into the second half, the Ramblers had their closest look yet following an SJU foul.
Amanda Cassidy set up for a free kick that hit the top right of the crossbar for a near miss.
In the 58
th minute, Cibulka put the match's lone shot on goal right in the hands of Katie Cappelletti who made an easy save. The Ramblers didn't let up with seven more shots before the clock ran out, but the match ended in a 0-0 draw.
