CHICAGO (February 21, 2023) - Loyola University Chicago returns to action at home on Wednesday, February 22 when the Ramblers play host to Fordham inside Gentile Arena. Tip-off in Chicago is set for 8:00 p.m. on NBC Sports Chicago+, with Andy Masur and Chris Sparks on the call. Wednesday's game can also be heard on the Rambler Sports Network, with Jeff Hagedorn and Christian Thomas calling the action live courtside.

Fordham/Loyola – The Series
Loyola and Fordham will be meeting for the third time in program history on Wednesday, with each team defending home court in the previous two meetings. Loyola opened the series with a 64-50 victory inside Gentile Arena on Nov. 26, 2011 before the Rams evened the series history with an 83-69 victory in the Bronx on Dec. 23, 2013. In the last meeting between the two teams, Devon Turk scored a team-high 17 points while current Loyola radio broadcaster Christian Thomas added 12 points and six rebounds.

Scouting Fordham
Fordham enters Wednesday battle fourth in the conference standings with a 9-5 mark in league play and a 21-6 record overall. The 21 wins are the most by any A10 team this season. Darius Quisenberry leads the Fordham offense, averaging 16.9 points per game, while Khalid Moore ranks second on the team with 14.8.

The Rams thrive at the free throw line, ranking second in the A10 and 28th nationally with 15 made free throws a game. As a team, Fordham averages 4.9 blocks per contest, tops in the conference and 20th-best among Division I programs. Abdou Tsimbila leads the defensive efforts to the tune of 49 blocks on the season.
