CHICAGO (December 5, 2019) -Â Loyola returns home for the first time since November 20 to play host to NCAA Division II foe Quincy Saturday afternoon. In search of their first three-game win streak since capturing three straight outings February 27 through March 8, 2019, the Ramblers are holding their last two opponents to 59.5 points per game on 41 percent (43-for-105) accuracy from the field and 31.8 percent (14-for-44) from beyond the arc. Loyola has prevailed in 23 of its last 27 nonconference contests at Gentile Arena.
In four games at Gentile Arena this season, Loyola is ringing up 81.0 ppg and shooting 53.8 percent (120-for-223) from the field, but only 31.3 percent (21-for-67) from three-point territory. Loyola is averaging 85.0 ppg behind the strength of 58.5 percent (62-for-106) field goal shooting, including 43.3 percent (13-for-30) from three-point land, in the last two home games.

The Ramblers have won their last 12 regular-season games versus non-Division I opponents since an 86-79 setback to Rockhurst to kick off the 2008-09 season. Under head coach Porter Moser, Loyola is 10-0 versus non-DI foes.
Scouting Quincy
Quincy has alternated wins and losses and is coming off a 69-59 loss to Truman Tuesday night to open Great Lakes Valley Conference action. So far this season, the Hawks are winless in their previous three true road games.
With an offense that is producing 79.7 points per game, the Hawks are converting 47.2 percent (178-for-377) of their field goal attempts, but only 31 percent (45-for-145) of their tries from deep. In its last two road games, Quincy is shooting just 21.2 percent (10-for-47) from three-point range.
Redshirt junior forward Tanner Stuckman is delivering team-best marks of 20.2 ppg and 7.2 rpg, hitting 53.7 percent (51-for-95) from the field and 39.1 percent (9-for-23) from downtown. Austin Downing, a redshirt junior guard, is the only other Hawk scoring in double figures, adding 11.6 ppg and a team-high 4.8 apg.
