2024 Outdoor (at Illinois State): Recorded a personal best of 3:51.22 in the 1500m at the Joe Walker Invitational (Apr. 5-6)... Ran a PR of 14:48.37 in the 5000m at the Gary Wieneke Memorial (Apr. 13)... Helped the DMR finish fourth in 9:50.69 at the 114th Drake Relays (Apr. 24-27)... Placed ninth in the 1500m (3:58.89) at the Missouri Valley Outdoor Championships (May 10-12).
2024 Indoor (at Illinois State): Set a personal best of 8:28.93 in the 3000m at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 19-20)... Finished seventh in the mile (4:16.77) at the IUPUI Invitational (Jan. 26-27)... Took third in the DMR with a time of 10:05.55 at the Missouri Valley Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26).
2023 Outdoor (at Illinois State): Ran 14:57.79 for fourth in the 5000m at the Joe Walker Invitational (Apr. 7-8)... Placed 11th in the 5000m (14:55.73) at the Gary Wieneke Memorial (Apr. 21-22)... Finished sixth in the 5000m (14:50.79) at the Clark Wood Open (Apr. 28-29)... Took seventh in the 1500m (3:55.24) at the Wisconsin Classic (May 5).
2023 Indoor (at Illinois State): Opened the season with sixth place in the 3000m (8:38.70) at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (Jan. 14)... Ran 8:32.39 for 10th in the 3000m at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 20-21)... Won the 5000m at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 17) in 15:12.71.
