2024–25: Competed in 13 races … Opened the indoor season with a mile time of 4:01.58 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, ranking fourth all time at Loyola … Placed first in the 3,000m at the Hawkeye Invite in 8:09.41, ranking 10th all time … Clocked 1:50.65 in the 800m at the Notre Dame Invite, ninth all time at Loyola … Also ran 4:02.74 in the mile at the Meyo Invitational and 4:05.10 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic … Finished seventh in the 800m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (1:53.96) and fifth in the DMR (9:56.15), which ranks seventh all time … Opened the outdoor season with a 1,500m PR of 3:41.82 at the Raleigh Relays, ranking fourth all time … Placed second in the 800m at the Elmhurst Twilight Invite (1:53.74) and eighth in the 1,500m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (3:51.12) … Concluded his career at the NCAA West Preliminaries with a time of 3:48.84 in the 1,500m.
2023-24 (at New Mexico): Opened the outdoor season with a personal best in the 800m (1:49.69) at the Stanford Invitational and clocked 3:45.62 in his first 1500m race of the season...Improved to 3:44.33 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Earned MW All-Conference honors with a third-place finish in the 1500m at the MW Outdoor Championships (3:44.50) ... Competed in seven indoor meets...Set a personal best of 8:06.54 in the 3000m at the Colyear Danville Opener...Broke the 4-minute mile barrier with a time of 3:59.99 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Improved to 3:58.41 at the Terrier DMR Challenge...Placed 2nd in the Mile Prelims at MW Indoor Championships (4:11.45) but did not finish in the Final due to a collision...Finished 35th in the 3000m (9:00.05).
2022-23 (at FSU): Ran the mile in 4:04.41 at the David Hemery Valentine Invite...Placed 12th in the mile (4:00.98) at the Razorback Invitational...Set a personal best (4:05.38) finishing second in the mile at the Clemson Invitational.
2021-22 (at FSU): Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Ran 3:50.70 in the 1500m at NCAA East Prelims...Finished seventh in the 1500m (3:44.62)...Won the UNF Invitational 1500m (3:46.78) and Florida State Relays 1500m (3:46.52)...Placed 30th in the 3000m at ACC Indoor Championships (8:19.24)...Set a personal best in the 3000m (8:10.88) at Tyson Invitational.
2020-21 (at FSU): Competed at ACC Indoor Championships, finishing 31st in the 3000m (8:36.37) and ninth in the DMR (10:25.31)...Ran 8:11.49 in the 3000m at the Tyson Invite...Finished 14th in the 1500m (3:45.10) at ACC Outdoor Championships...Won bronze in the 1500m at North Florida Invite (3:42.39).
2019-20 (at FSU): Redshirted, but achieved personal bests in Australia: 800m (1:53.20), 1500m (3:49.90), and 3000m (8:27.80). Trained independently after arriving at FSU.
