SAC (10:14.36) … Qualified for NCAA West Prelims … Ran a 1500m PR of 4:26.45 to win at Elmhurst (No. 6 all-time) … Won the A-10 steeplechase in 10:21.56 … Ran 10:29.90 at NCAA West … Named CSC Academic All-District and USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2023-24: Appeared in 10 competitions for the Ramblers … Opened the indoor season with a win in the mile at the Purdue-Northwest Classic in 5:06.01, also helped the DMR team place first in 12:18.70 … Placed first in the 3000m at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite in 10:04.45 … Set a mile personal best of 4:58.56 at the Notre Dame Invitational … Set another personal best in the 3000m at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic, finishing in 9:55.90 … Placed sixth in the 3000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships in 9:56.43 … Kicked off the outdoor season with a first place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Redbird, finishing in 10:58.10 … Set a 1500m personal best of 4:36.35 at the Chicagoland Championships … Closed out the season with a fourth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships in a personal best of 10:42.53, ranking second on the Loyola all-time 3000m steeplechase list.
