2024–25: Appeared in 11 meets … Opened indoors with a 3K time of 10:20.13 at the Cougar Alumni Open … Ran 5:13.86 in the mile at the A-10 Indoor Championships … Outdoors, ran 4:52.79 in the 1500m at the WashU Invite (third place) … Finished with a 5K PR of 17:36.21 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships.

2023-24: Appeared in 10 competitions for the Ramblers … Opened the indoor season with a third place finish in the mile in 5:18.77 at the Purdue-Northwest Classic … Set a personal best of 10:15.37 in the 3000m at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite to place third … Set another personal best in the mile in 5:08.93 at the Notre Dame Invitational … Ran the mile in 5:30.52 to place 28th at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships … Started off the outdoor season with a 1500m personal best of 5:00.54 at the Redbird Challenge … Placed fourth in the 3000m in 10:28.95 at the Chicagoland Championships … Set a personal best in the 5000m at the Laverne Leopard Invite, finishing in 17:46.75 … Finished the season at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 35th in the 5000m in 18:22.42.
