2024–25: Competed in 10 meets for the Ramblers … Opened the indoor season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, running 14:29.72 in the 5,000m … Recorded a personal-best mile time of 4:07.86 to place fourth at the Hawkeye Invite … Set a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:04.12 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, ranking eighth on Loyola’s all-time indoor list … Earned third place in the 3,000m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (8:05.64) … Opened the outdoor season with a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:49.24 at the Raleigh Relays … Made his steeplechase debut at the Mt. SAC Relays, running a personal best of 8:58.81 to rank third all time at Loyola … Later ran 9:11.40 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships and finished the season with a 9:00.82 at the Princeton Elite Invitational.

2023-24: Appeared in nine competitions for the Ramblers … Had his indoor track debut at the Boston University Season Opener, running 14:55.28 in the 5000m … Set a personal best of 8:17.05 in the 3000m at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic … Placed sixth in the 3000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships in 8:23.36 … Kicked off the outdoor season with a huge personal best in the 5000m, running 14:23.62 at the Stanford Invitational … Achieved a 1500m personal best of 3:50.62 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Won the 1500m in 3:57.98 at the Elmhurst Twilight Invitational … Closed out the season at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running 3:56.54 in the 1500m final to place eighth … Was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Outdoor Team.
