2024-25 Indoor Track & Field (at Canisius): Placed sixth in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational (5:10.87, Jan. 17)... Third in the 3000m at the SPIRE College Midwest Open (10:01.07, Jan. 25)... Second in the mile at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games (5:09.45, Feb. 15)... Set a 3000m PR of 10:00.66 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)... Member of the DMR team that won silver at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22).

2023-24 Indoor Track & Field (at Canisius): Third in the 3000m at the Utica Winter Opener (10:22.51)... Part of the 4x400 team that finished fifth at the Utica Winter Opener... Fifth in the mile at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational (5:09.53)... Won the mile at the YSU Indoor Mid Major (5:03.90) and second in the 3000m (10:17.15)... Member of the DMR team that won silver at the MAAC Indoor Championships and set a school record at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (11:52.90).

2022-23 (at Canisius): Academic redshirt.

2021-22 Outdoor Track & Field (at Siena): Third in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (11:17.60)... 10th in the 5000m (17:45.12).
