2023-24: Appeared in eight competitions for the Ramblers … Opened the season at the Boston University Season Opener, running a 5000m time of 14:23.86, landing him ninth on the Loyola all-time indoor 5000m list … Set a mile personal best of 4:15.92 at the Notre Dame Invitational … Set another personal best of 8:13.56 in the 3000m at the Windy City invite … Placed seventh in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships in 14:27.37 … Kicked off the outdoor season at the Stanford Invite, running 14:30.93 in the 5000m … Set a personal best of 14:16.04 in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational, ranking ninth on the Loyola all-time outdoor 5000m list  … Closed out the season at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, using a blazing final lap to place sixth in the 5000m in 14:20.64. 

2022-23: Appeared in eight races for the Ramblers … Made his Loyola debut at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite with ninth place in the 3k with a time of 8:44.34 … Placed in 20^th at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic with a mile time of 4:26.86 … Ran a personal best in the 3k at the GVSU Big Meet to take seventh place with a time of 8:28.14 … Took 28^th place at the Fighting Illini Challenge with a 1500m time of 3:59.02 … Placed in 13^th at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a personal best 5k time of 14:35.84 … Ran the 1500m in 4:02.84 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial to place in 30^th … Wrapped up the season with 21^st at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships with a personal best 1500m time of 3:57.19.
