Biography
2024 Outdoor (at Penn State): Achieved PRs in both the 5K and 10K, with his 10K going down as the seventh-fastest in school history... Set a 5K PR of 14:17.65 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 28-30)... Won his first collegiate 10K on the track in 29:14.92 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (Apr. 12-14) which was No. 7 in school history... Competed in the 10K at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 10-12).
2024 Indoor (at Penn State): Set a mile PR in his season opener, running 4:12.20 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13)... Ran 14:33.53 in the 5K at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10).
2023 Outdoor (at Penn State): Posted a 5K PR of 14:20.65 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 27-29).
2023 Indoor (at Penn State): Established personal bests across the mile, 3000m and 5000m... Ran 4:13.95 for eighth in the mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 14)... Placed fourth in the 5000m in 14:30.61 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 27-28)... Clocked an 8:16.62 PR in the 3000m for second place at the Penn State Tune-Up (Feb. 17).
2022 Outdoor (at Penn State): Competed in the 5000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (Apr. 14-16).
High School: Four-year letterwinner... Ranked No. 1 in Maryland in the outdoor 5K... Five-time state qualifier and school record holder in the mile, indoor 3200m and outdoor 3200m... Placed top five in the mile at the 2021 state championships... PRs include 4:21.22 (mile), 9:26.05 (two-mile) and 15:12.05 (5K).
