2023-24 (at Furman): Finished fifth at the Furman XC Invite and sixth at the Eye Opener XC Festival... Placed third in the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships... Named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and Academic All-Conference Team.
2022-23 (at Furman): All-American after placing 27th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (20:04)... Named to NCAA All-Southeast Region team after a fifth-place 6K at the region championships (20:11.11)... SoCon Cross Country Runner of the Year, winning the 5K in 16:22.23 to lead Furman to its tenth-straight team title... Won the Furman Invitational and placed second at the Louisville Classic... Named to SoCon Academic Honor Roll and USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2021-22 (at Furman): All-American in cross country after placing 40th at NCAA Championships (6K PR 19:57.6)... SoCon Cross Country Runner of the Year, winning the individual title in 17:41.4... Won the Furman Invitational and placed fifth at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships... Set a mile PR of 4:48.69 and a 3,000m PR of 9:25.00 indoors... Member of Furman DMR team that won gold at the SoCon Indoor Championships (11:31.65)... Won the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships and the Lee University Last Chance Meet (16:10.76) to qualify for NCAA East Preliminaries... 2020-21 (at Furman): Qualified for NCAA East Preliminaries in the 5,000m, placing 14th (16:10.35)... Won 5,000m at EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight (15:57.92), becoming the fifth woman and first freshman in Furman history to break 16:00... Competed at NCAA Cross Country Championships... All-SoCon and All-Freshman Team honors in indoor track (second in 3,000m, 5,000m) and outdoor track (5,000m champion, second in 1,500m)... Named to SoCon Academic Honor Roll and USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
