Robson Era Begins as Loyola Chicago Announces 2026 Schedule

CHICAGO – Loyola University Chicago head men's soccer Head Coach Kevin Robson announced the Ramblers' 2026 fall schedule, a slate that features a challenging mix of exhibition contests, high-level nonconference matchups, and a full Atlantic 10 Conference schedule.

"We're excited to announce our 2026 schedule and begin this new era of Loyola Chicago Soccer," said Robson. "Our fans will enjoy watching this group compete, highlighted by eight regular-season home matches on the newly installed turf at Hoyne Field and a nonconference road trip to one of the premier venues in college soccer at Wake Forest. Our players and staff couldn't be more excited to get the season underway."

Loyola will open the season with a trio of exhibition matches, beginning on Aug. 8 at Michigan State. The Ramblers will then host Indian Hills Community College on Aug. 11 before traveling to Indiana on Aug. 15 to wrap up preseason play.

The regular season begins on Aug. 20 at Green Bay, followed by Loyola's home opener and annual "Hustle to Hoyne" match against Northern Illinois on Aug. 23. The Ramblers remain at home for consecutive matches against Milwaukee (Aug. 27) and DePaul (Aug. 30).

Early September features the Jesuit Invitational in Omaha, Neb., where Loyola will face Santa Clara (Sept. 4) and Gonzaga (Sept. 7). The Ramblers return home to host SIUE on Sept. 10 before heading across town to face UIC on Sept. 13.

Atlantic 10 play begins on the road at Fordham on Sept. 19. Loyola's conference home opener comes one week later against George Washington on Sept. 26. The Ramblers will also face Wake Forest in a nonconference road test on Sept. 29.

October brings the heart of conference competition, with Loyola hosting Davidson (Oct. 3), St. Bonaventure (Oct. 17), and Dayton (Oct. 31). Road A-10 matchups include George Mason (Oct. 7), VCU (Oct. 10), and Saint Louis (Oct. 24).

The Atlantic 10 Championship begins Nov. 6-7 at campus sites, followed by the semifinals on Nov. 11 and the championship match on Nov. 15 at the highest remaining seeds.

The 2026 NCAA College Cup is scheduled for Dec. 11-14 in Cary, N.C.
