CHICAGO — To tee off the second half of their 2025-26 season, Loyola Chicago travels south to New Braunfels, Texas for the Texas State Invitational on Feb. 2-3.
The tournament will be held at the par-72 Landa Park Golf Course. Players are set to tee off with a shotgun start on Monday at 8:15 a.m. (CT) and will play the first two rounds continuously. Final round action will begin on Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. (CT).
Loyola will be joined in the 15-team event by host Texas State, Creighton, Prairie View A&M, St. Mary's University Texas, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, West Texas A&M, Tarleton State, University of Texas at Dallas, Lamar, East Texas A&M, Incarnate Word, Houston Christian, Stephen F. Austin, and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
The 2025 Texas State Invitational was won as a team by Texas State, who ended with a score of +35, while the tournament was won as an individual by Oklahoma State's Summer Lee with a score of -2.
The Ramblers' starting lineup for the week will consist of Cassie Psuik, Grace Hui, Madison Haugen, Maureen O'Leary, and Grace Durkin. During the fall season, Psuik, Hui, and Haugen all recorded top-10 individual finishes at an event, with Psuik leading the team with two top-10 finishes. The team will also be joined by Teagan Connors and Amelia Gatti, who will be playing as individuals.
