Live Stats vs. Wisconsin

CHICAGO (September 7, 2018) – The Loyola University Chicago women's soccer team will wrap up the road portion of its non-conference schedule on Sunday afternoon as it travels north to Madison, Wis. to take on Wisconsin.  Kickoff from the McClimon Soccer Complex is scheduled for 1 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: Morgan Turner's goal in the 52^nd minute of play pushed DePaul past Loyola by a final tally of 1-0 this past Thursday at Wish Field in Lincoln Park.  Senior Madison Kimball notched a team-high four shots in the defeat, while freshman goalkeeper Maddie Hausmann turned away four shots in 45 minutes of action.
 
vs. Wisconsin: Wisconsin enters Sunday's matchup with the Ramblers on a tear that has seen it rattle off four straight wins to bring its record to 5-1-0 on the year.  The Badgers are coming off a 1-0 blanking of Illinois State on Thursday evening in Madison, Wis.  Lauren Rice, Cameron Murtha and Emily Borgmann spearhead the Wisconsin attack.  Rice leads the team with three goals, while Murtha and Borgmann have each found the back of the net twice early on in the season.  Jordyn Bloomer has started in all six of the team's games in goal and boasts a 0.99 goals against average.
 
Series Stuff: Loyola and Wisconsin will meet for the sixth time on Sunday afternoon in Wisconsin's state capital.  The Badgers have prevailed in each of the previous five meetings, most recently picking up a 2-0 victory over the Maroon & Gold back on September 12, 2016 at Loyola Soccer Park.
 
Up Next: After taking on Wisconsin, Loyola will have a week off from competition before closing out non-conference play when it hosts Florida Gulf Coast on September 16 at 1 p.m.
